Meditation has widely been used as a tool for self-exploration, self-discovery, and connecting to higher states of consciousness.
Come to our 2-part workshop running over 2 Wednesday nights, covering the basic questions of: What is meditation? Why is it useful? What can I do with it?
We will also be discussing the stages of meditation, engaging in some breathing exercises, and practicing mantra work, with the overall aim of helping in the development of intuition and progressive understanding of ourselves as a spiritual being.
Anyone is welcome to attend. No prior experience is necessary. There will also be an opportunity for commencing a more in-depth course on accompanying spiritual teachings following the workshop end.
