A workshop exploring what exists beyond this physical world, and how to get in contact with it.
Astral projection and lucid dreaming have long been used as tools for the enquiring soul, to venture into the unknown dimensions of the self and of the cosmos.
In this workshop, we will discuss the framework surrounding astral travel, including: what it is, what you can do with it, how to access the necessary state of consciousness with meditation, and how to interpret the symbols of the astral world.
There will also be time given for participants to discuss their own experiences with astral travel and lucid dreaming.
While this is a stand-alone workshop, there will be opportunities in early 2024 to continue learning about these topics, through our 33 lecture course of the Gnostic mysteries.
