Gnosis Course in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs — Glen Waverley & Wantirna

Next Class:July 9, 2026
A contemplative figure dressed in intricate robes sits on a floating island, surrounded by glowing orbs and mountains in a mystical, colorful setting. Two small figures stand at the bottom corners.

What Is Gnosis

Gnosis is a Greek word meaning knowledge of an intuitive nature — the direct apprehension of spiritual truths. It isn't belief or theory learned from books, but wisdom discovered through your own inner experience. This free introductory course in Melbourne's eastern suburbs explores that knowledge through practical psychology, philosophy, and meditation. Learn more about what Gnosis is.

A group of men gather around a seated, bearded man raising one hand, as another man hands him a cup; the setting is a dimly lit stone room with barred windows.

What Will You Learn? Psychology, Ontology, Esotericism & Cosmology

Across the course we explore four threads of inner knowledge: psychology (the essence, ego and personality), ontology (the nature of being and our Level of Being), esotericism (meditation, alchemy and the awakening of consciousness), and cosmology (our place within creation and the laws that govern it). Each class builds on the last through direct, practical experience.

You can see the full list of topics we study, drawn from the teachings of Samael Aun Weor.
