Join us for a profound exploration into the Essence, Ego, and Personality as taught in the Gnostic tradition. In this special session, we’ll investigate what our true nature really is—referred to by various names across different cultures and traditions (Essence, Sophia, Buddhata, Rigpa, Persephone)—and the obstacles that prevent us from fully experiencing it.
This session is part of our broader Introduction to Gnosis course, held every Sunday. It’s perfect for both newcomers and seasoned seekers looking to deepen their self-knowledge and spiritual practice.

We’ll also practice meditation to re-center and re-align with our true inner Being—that immortal presence within each of us. By connecting with our authentic nature, our consciousness gains the support it needs to awaken and develop—the ultimate aim of spiritual traditions throughout history.
